Uncomfortable

I’ve had vaginal itch/burn/discharge for like 2 weeks now and tested negative for everything. How do I fix this 😭my OB prescribed me a cream to try to we’ll see but there’s gotta be something else. Could I suddenly be allergic to something in our laundry? Or has anyone ever had this issue?
