Fixing 3-way solenoid on Barista Pro (BES838)

Hi all, new here and looking for help repairing my Barista Pro for the first time.

No water is coming through the group head, but steam wand and hot water both work fine. I've run descale through a few times since to try to free it up. Troubleshooting made me think it's the 3-way solenoid but I'm a novice here. I took the back off the machine and got as far as shown in my photo -- looking for help on what to do next :)

Any advice? Can anyone share a guide for cleaning and/or replacing the 3-way solenoid? I'm also not sure where to find proper replacement parts if I need them (shipping to US).
