New pc after 6 years?

I’ve recently started getting into PCs again after about 6 years. Back then I bought a prebuilt and it’s been solid, but lately it’s really starting to struggle in newer games.

Current specs: • Ryzen 5 3600 • GTX 1660 • 16GB (2x8) DDR4 • 1.5TB SATA SSD • 600W Xilence PSU • ASUS motherboard (AI Suite 3)

These days I usually have to drop settings to low to get playable FPS and to avoid lag spikes/stutters.

So I’m thinking it’s finally time to upgrade, possibly build a new PC from scratch. My budget is around €2000 (can stretch a bit if it’s needed). I’d prefer to build it myself, but if there are any actually good prebuilt options in Europe, I’m open for that too. Unless it’s now not a good time to buy anything because of the ram prices and etc.
