Do You Thing This Goblin Deck Idea Works?

My pod mostly dabbles in bracket 2 with some decks being low bracket 3. I have been wanting to make a goblin deck and had this idea to use [[Marchesa, The Black Rose]].

The idea is to use Marchesa to enable the goblins hordes to swing freely getting counters, then sacking them for burn or drain.

The deck is mainly rakdos with with minor counter magic but blue also gave me access to cool synergies with [[Herald of Secret Streams]], [[Distant Melody]], and [[Kindred Discovery]].

I want more sac payoffs and sac outlets but am have trouble deciding what can be added or taken away.

Does this deck seem too messy?
