Recommendations for Mexican restaurant

My husbands birthday is Friday the 16th and he enjoys authentic “hole in the wall” Mexican food with big burritos, great pico/salsa and a good queso. Does anyone have any recommendations? I’m not the best at finding great hidden gems. Greatly appreciated!!
