Tips for Avoiding the Lift Queues

Going to Niseko from the 5-12th of Feb, lucky it’s not on Chinese New Year or Australian School Holidays but I still expect powder days to be busy.

Does anyone have tips on how to get up the mountain before huge lift queues? (i.e. lift opens at 8am, be in line by 7:30?)
