IT number?

I applied to Baruch about 2 weeks ago and never got an email to create an account. I can only login in to the CUNY application that I submitted. Today I got an email to submit my transcripts and see my missing items but I don’t know where to go.

Does anyone know who I can call? From my research it said cuny IT but when I called a number provided it rang and hung up.
