Gemini vs Gemini Xrossband vs Diversity vs 2W transmitter for range/penetration?

Which option would be the best for range/penetration for fpv. I have a Radiomaster Nomad and a capable receiver so I have the option to use Gemini using the same frequency, Gemini xrossband using 2.4 and 900, standard diversity, or I have a 2W 900 MHz single antenna module.
