i know Sonic is overzealous at times, and can get ahead of himself, but it's not like Belle was being subtle about her not wanting to be a threat, and not wanting to fight Sonic

I can understand his distrust for her at first, but the first thing, is pretty dumb. Like, what if Sonic actually broke her? He just killed someone who didn't want to fight him, nor was an actual threat. Tails picked up on it immediately, so he'd recognize in this hypothetical scenario that Sonic just broke someone who didn't want to fight him, and wasn't a threat

It's also weird he doesn't apologize immediately for it to afterwards, since a.) he was completely at fault, and b.) Sonic has no problem admitting when he's made a mistake. At the very least afterwards, he actually protects her during the badnik attack in that base, is friendly with her for the most part, apologizes to her in the end of the arc, and even when he's unsure on whether to bring her or not, he didn't say no. He was just unsure since she could still be a problem, but didn't say no to her, since she was someone who needed help. And Sonic always helps those in need

It's also weird when Tails says "See Sonic, you don't have to break every robot", he says "Pfft, sure". He has former eggman robot friends, wdym???

I get Sonic was understandably a little more distrustful after the the business with Mr. Tinker and the Metal Virus, but it's weird he continues to attack Belle when they first met, when he can clearly see multiple times she doesn't want to fight him.
