Profile says "Added" but he didn't unadd me

Hi guys so my friend and I have this problem. We both have the same person on snap. I unadded him a few months ago but added him back on Friday (don't ask). He added me back on Sunday and texted me, answered on Monday and have been on delivered ever since. I did notice that he isn't in my friend list, but since i got the notification he added me and then he texted me, I thought it was just a bug and he would appear after I texted him back, so l ignored it. Now, I thought he might be ignoring me but I realized that he's still not on my friend list and when I go on his profile it says « Added » (as if he hadn't added me back), but I know he didn't unadd me bc when there isn't a cross instead of the camera when I go on my chat list. and he hasn't blocked me either because I can still access his profile and our chat. l asked my friend to check and it was the same for her (like as though he l added her even though there's no cross). I did a few tests with my other snap acc and when I unadd someone the cross appears so l don't think the problem is on my side. What's happening ? Is it a bug ? Did he unadd me or maybe is his app bugging and showing the same for everyone ? Does anybody else have this problem? I'd like to know if he's leaving me on delivered on purpose or just deleted me mao
