Just dreams, unfortunately unattainable.

I recently looked at the upcoming ESO updates, which mark the arrival of a new leader. And you know, the changes clearly show that he's playing his own game. After all, they're introducing small, but very welcome improvements for all players.

And I started to dream about what would happen if the FH developers played their own game.

They would have long ago replaced all projectile traits with something more interesting and perhaps even unique to different heroes.

They would have long ago disabled all offensive traits on the General in Breach.

They would have long ago changed the BP trait that removes all shields from the target, which sometimes simply kills all the fun in those rare, tense matches when victory is decided at the very end. And perhaps we could get another Gryphon-style support.

They would have disabled his ability to gain souls from attacks on NPCs in the very first days after Sohei's introduction.

And they could do the unthinkable – a proper interface. I'm dreaming too much, i know, but at least one where the information line doesn't block the chat input line.

Just imagine how much more enjoyable the game would be. It wouldn't require major rework, but they just don't care, because it doesn't affect them; they're not playing their game.

I love this game, but until the developers suffer alongside the players, it won't get a second wind. And I really want a second wind for one of my favorite games.
