Any chance of a Zero plan w/o minutes?
u/waveform has Helium considered offering a Zero plan w/o minutes?
Lines w/o voice are considered data lines and don't get taxed like cellular voice lines do, thanks to laws on Internet access.
For customers who don't need voice, a free line with just data and SMS (and negligible to zero taxes) would likely still be very attractive.
Helium could even give customers options. Keep the existing Zero plan and add a Zero Data Only plan.
I'm not sure how your backend is setup with T-Mobile, but not provisioning voice calls might also save Helium costs there.
