Propranalol experience and withdraw

I’ve taken propranalol for a few years and it helps stop my shaking hands but I feel so dissociated and out of it all day, i have extremely blurry eyes and my ears feel like they have pressure and have caused tinnitus. I’ve tried stopping the medicine multiple times but I feel absolutely awful every time I quit so I end up getting back on the medicine. When I quit I get extremely shaky hands, my heart rate won’t go down, I also feel very brain fogged. I have went almost 3 weeks without the medicine and I still feel horrible. Is it possible to withdraw for a month I just hate feeling this way I want my heart rate to go down
