Can someone explain if Qobuz does actually sound better than tidal, or is it placebo?

Discussion

I figured I’d give Qobuz a shot after I got my K7 + Ananda Nano setup recently… instantly felt a difference. Qobuz sounds less… digital? I guess? The music sounds more raw and natural. I did some digging and found Tidal uses MQA, which from my understanding folds a file to save space, and then sends the at folded file to your DAC which unfolds it and sends it to your headphones. Does this transition create minute changes in the sound that are amplified by the honesty/sensitivity of the Amanda Nano?

Both are set to standard CD quality. Am I tripping? Or is there actually a difference
