Well here we go. Going back on zubsolv after being on 7oh for almost a year starting tonight.

So brief history, I was on Suboxone for about two years then it started making my tongue swell up then switched to zub for 2 years. One of my back tooth cracked on me . The side where I would dose my zub then started taking 7oh and stopped zub . Sick of spending so much money on the 7oh so have enough zubsolv to get me off this crap. Just dosed my last 7 about a hour ago. 55 mg whe I was taking 300/400g a day. Going to dose zub in the morning when i start feeling like poo...

still have 80mg left of 7 and some s r 1 7 0 too about a gram. Going to dose the zub then taper off that and try to be done. Use it about a week or 2 lowering my dose daily reading my body so I still feel good.. I have prescribed benzos and methylphenidate so hoping this will help me get off this nasty 7.

I’ve noticed as my hair thinning and falling out since using 7 dandruff buildup etc. have some vit c with rose, hips, and zinc as well as well as Kamala-66 ashwaganda and medicated shampoo to help with the switch and the taper and hair loss.

Been reading alot on making the swap . I’ve been using kratom powder off and on since 2004/5 even while in sub/zub but just wanna break free of it all. Sick of being a slave to 7 and won’t be one to sub as well too as i’ve gotten off of zub with just plain kratom powder before. . This time I am serious done done done… Will update in the morning on how I feel.
