Upstart UNCLE Loan Experience?

I’ve racked up quite a bit of credit card debt these past couple years… about $30k. I was looking at a personal loan to pay them off and consolidate payments. My credit union won’t approve me for that much. I checked out Upstart and was shockingly given a 7.71% interest rate and no origination fee with UNCLE credit union (in the SF Bay Area). Does anyone have experience with either Upstart or the UNCLE credit union? I’m worried it’s a little too good to be true.
