Serums... Elf thirst drops breaks me out

I love how Elf thirst drops makes me look and plumps my skin but it breaks me out!! Any recs that is similar to Elf thirst drops that won't cause me acne? Also what would it be in the Elf drops that are causing me to break out so I can avoid in other products?
