Reminder from the 2023 final.

The lineup vs Dortmund featured

Vinicius Jr (still here) Rodrygo (still here) Jude Bellingham (still here) Federico Valverde (still here) Eduardo Camavinga (still here) Ferland Mendy (still here) Antonio Rudiger (still here) Dani Carvajal (still here) Thibaut Courtois (still here) Nacho (left for Saudi) Toni Kroos (retired)

9 out of 11 players are still at the club.

Additionally from subs or unavailable: Tchou, Brahim, Arda, Militao, Alaba, Fran Garcia, Ceballos are all still here.

We also added two world class players in Mbappe and TAA and a promising youngsters in Huijsen and Mastantuono.

Not sure where is the "we don't have world class players" or "our players lack technique to win" takes are coming from since clearly like 90% of the Champions League winning roster remains intact with lots of upgrades along the way.

Toni Kroos didn't leave and take everyone's talent with him nor did he give players around him better technique lmao.

We just need a manger to figure out a new system that works for the players we have and not try to fit players into a system they can't play in.
