has anyone here successfully desensitized from a cashew/pistachio allergy?

My 2.5 yo daughter has had an allergic reaction to pistachio and cashewz. We meet with an allergist next friday to confirm. just curious, has anyone here successfully desensitized from a cashew/pistachio allergy?
