[TOMT] [Song] Music video on YT (open air) where the woman starts talking about her dog which was sick but got mar**uana and got better suddenly

The singer was an woman and I’m pretty sure it was in the EU. I believe it was either Portugal or France. She told the story which was a couple minutes long. It was about her dog getting sick and she tried some things but the only thing that helped was mar**uana. After that she started singing the actual song. I believe the video was during daytime as well. It was 100% outside and the woman was tall and I believe had brown short halr. Not completely sure about that tho.
