Is MCAS a possibility if my only symptoms are hives and itchy skin?

Hi, I hope you all are doing okay and I’m wishing you well on your respective journeys with this condition. My question is simple - is MCAS a possible diagnosis for hives and itchy skin? It’s been troubling me for about half a year now but I’ve gotten it manageable enough to live normally by taking antihistamines ( Allegra + Pepcid ). I’m mostly concerned because it is responding well to this medication stack and also I seem to get flares around 3 am that’s kind of typical of “a histamine dump”. But I don’t know- looking for some thoughts and guidance as to seeking treatment. Should I see a dermatologist ? Allergist ? Is there a way I can get a clear diagnosis? Also relevant, I think my skin is worst when I consume alcohol and especially bad flares immediately after smoking weed - which never used to happen to me.
