Are magnetic eyelashes easy to apply for beginners?

Magnetic eyelashes get advertised everywhere as the “no glue, no mess” solution, and they’re often pitched as being way easier than traditional falsies. The idea sounds great on paper—especially for people who struggle with lash glue, shaky hands, or lining things up evenly.

What’s making me hesitate is that I’ve seen mixed experiences online. Some people swear they’re foolproof and life-changing, while others say the magnets don’t line up, feel heavy, or just refuse to sit right on the lash line. There also seem to be different types (liner-based vs. sandwich magnets), which adds to the confusion.

For those who’ve actually tried them: are magnetic lashes genuinely easier for beginners, or do they come with their own learning curve? Are there specific brands, styles, or techniques that make them more beginner-friendly? I’m especially curious whether they work well for everyday wear or if they’re more of a “special occasion with patience” kind of thing.
