English minor at UTSG: looking to pursue one and need course recommendations

I am in my second year at UTSG and I am looking for course recommendations for the English minor. I want hear about what your favourite ENG courses are and I asked that you include the professor name just so I can make sure they’re still teaching the course (I learned the hard way that when professor switched the course basically switches)

Please inclue 200 level and 300+ level courses that you think should shine!
