Trouble with CVS refilling my T

I was supposed to get my refill today (it’s also my shot day). My provider at Planned Parenthood said CVS denied it because I do sub q injections.

Has anyone else recently had this experience? I’m going to try a different CVS pharmacy, but it’s the only pharmacy covered by my insurance. I know this is a tricky situation, but also curious if anyone has any advice? I’m two years in now and I finally feel like I’m starting to recognize myself in the mirror.
