Perfect Blue LE box defective

Hi, I’m not sure what to do.

I received a copy from Amazon, it looked fine. However, removing the j-card revealed a pencil-eraser-sized bald spot on the box. No illustration it’s just scrubbed to the raw paper beneath. I think, maybe, a drop of water fell on it during manufacturing and the outer layer sloughed off.

Also, the box is not plumb. When it’s placed between two GoT box-sets, I see gaps made between the upper-left and lower-right sides of the box.

It’s not the worst thing in the world but for $70 I expect better. It’s on same level, to me, as if the poster arrived torn.

So, should I contact Amazon or Shout Factory?
