I think i got scammed by alsa?

I buy my ticket from alsa.com but i am not sure if it’s a real cite or not. When i payed it first gives error i try second time and gives error again. When i look at my bank it looks like i payed twice but i dont get any email about my ticket. Do anyone know that this cite is real or a scam. If this cite is real who can i contact about it because i cant find any information.
