Canada visit visa passport request.

I got an approval for the visit visa, however I applied from the US on a Pakistani passport. It says I have to submit my passport to the VAC, but it doesn’t show VAC’s location in Houston. I went to VFS, they said they don’t deal with Canadian visa’s anymore. Can anyone help a little?
