Is an upgrade from a rx 7600 to an rx 7900xt 20Gb worth it?

I have about $600 to spend on a GPU and I want an upgrade. My computer specs are Ryzen 7 8700F - 16GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 7600 8GB - 1TB SSD, B650, 850W power supply. Not sure if this GPU is the right one or should I wait it out?
