30F solo travel SEA advice please 🙏🏻

Hey,

So I was planning to be in Vietnam from the 4th or 5th of April and spending around 3 weeks there. I have a tour booked already May 12th In Borneo for a few days and then my plan was to go to Bali for a couple of weeks before flying back home.

I didn’t realise (stupidly) the heat and burning season being in April/May for Thailand which my plan was to visit there between Vietnam and Borneo. I could spend some time in Malaysia before the flight to Borneo (probably from Kuala Lumpur).

Could I please get some advice on what to do with that time as I’m now worried the heat and Smokey season is going to be unbearable and I’m very nervous being a solo F traveller. Appreciate any help!
