Divorce/new marriage

Hey guys,

full disclosure - my current partner is aware of my divorce & the circumstances etc

I’m currently divorced. I’m just wondering from the time of my new relationship, to the engagement to the wedding (of my new husband).

1. At what point on paperwork or in person will I need to disclose my divorce?
2. On the notice of marriage - will my partner have a copy
3. From what I remember - there is no ‘divorce status on the certificate of marriage
4. where else might my divorce be listed?
