RC AG CCC

Hi all, I'm looking to attend RC AG CCC and we don't see a Phase 1 in ATRRS. ATRRS operator and I are both equally confused. Does anyone have context or a good point of contact to get more information on a Phase 1 reservation or lack thereof?
