Why don't I get approached when I go out?

To keep this short and simple:
I like to think i'm pretty conventionally attractive. Dating apps blow up, if i'm naturally in conversations with men (friends of friends, random small talk *I initiate* with strangers, ect) they tell me that I am a very attractive woman.
I go out a lot, and when I do, I dress my absolute best. Varying from cute dresses, skirts, jeans, heels, sneakers, tshirts, croptops, literally anything if I feel cute in it or it's flattering. I'm good with makeup and hair, my nails are always done, ect ect.

But when i'm with my friends, ALL of my friends are approached (they never want to be.)
One time I left my friend to go use the bathroom while she waited for her bf, and I didn't even leave for 10 seconds before she called me and I had to shoo away guys. THREE OF THEM. Every single time I leave any of my friends this happens. But the group is left alone while i'm around.
Or if i'm alone, i'll split from my group sometimes and still nothing. I even try to look approachable by sitting straight, laughing with my friends, looking generally happy. I've even given flirty glances to guys, smiled, gave hints y'know? And I always get a little something back. Met eye contact or a smile back, but nothing more. My friends tell me it's cause I dress alternative and dark so maybe i'm intimidating, but that's purely in my outfit and makeup. I try to carry good, welcoming energy. Am I doing something wrong??

If anyone has any advice i'd love to hear it. I'm so sick of dating apps and I would really like to meet someone in person.
