I didn’t expect this to work, but I made $800 just by referring 2 people

Just wanted to share something that worked for me in case it helps someone else.

I’ve been using LeakSense (they sell water leak detection devices for properties), and I noticed they have a referral program. I didn’t think much of it at first, but I shared it with two people I know who manage properties.

One of them ended up buying 50 devices, the other bought 30. The referral commission is $10 per device, so that came out to $800 total for me.

There’s no upfront cost, no recruiting or MLM stuff - it’s a straight referral link. If someone buys through your link, you get paid per device.

The only catch: LeakSense operates in California, so the people you refer need to be based there (property managers, landlords, HOAs, etc.).
