Hi All

So im looking for some advice please. There is a whole background but i dont want to make the post to long.

(Im 30F, i have a few health issues ( lung problems, possible autoimmune disease, endo, ect ).

I have a bit of a history but shorter version - i didnt have my period for over a year due to health issues and possibly weight related. However last year Jan it started again and been getting a period each month.)

So my period started the 25th Dec and i had it till about the 30th. Last week Wednesday (7th) i started bleeding again. Well spotting i assume. I woke up the morning with nothing but later went to the bathroom and i wiped and there was blood. This shook me a bit as i just had my period the week prior. I also didn’t have any intercourse the day before or something. It wasn’t red and alot but still i keep spotting brown.

So i emailed my gyno and she said it could be ovulation. It would be 2/3 days. But tomorrow will be a week.

Since then it hasn’t completely stopped. I keep spotting and i have these pieces coming out as well. Sunday it seemed like it stopped but then later i just noticed it again. Today (Tuesday) i actually thought it stopped as there hasn’t been anything. So tonight we actually did a but oral stuff - i just went to the bathroom and had a whole brown slime piece come out.

Im so confused as to what is going on and what i should do….. has anyone experienced this before? Is it normal? Is it just my body regulating/ changing?

The one picture is of what appears when i wipe. And the second one is the pieces that come out occasionally. Im sorry for the images.

Spotting or something else?
