Do you switch riding modes? I barely touch it.

As per title. This is my first bike that comes with riding modes. Other than my first month testing out how the different modes feel, I basically just leave it on default 99% of the time.

Just wondering whether I'm the only one under utilising this function and how everyone else uses it?
