Tanning 2 weeks after treatment?

I know the tanning question gets asked quite a bit (I did search first), but I see so much conflicting info I’m having a hard time figuring out what’s actually safe and what’s not.

I’ve been having Brazilian treatments for a year and a half and am towards the end. My thigh region has only received 2 treatments (the last 2) because of my sun exposure situation, which has been fine. I don’t need to continue treating it. I think I’m a Fitzpatrick II.

Will I have problems if I tan the thigh area 2 weeks after a treatment (8-10 minutes at a time)? I know tanning is bad. I don’t love to do it, but I need to even out my shorts tan line and I have to start at the 2 week mark. I’ve seen everything from avoid 48 hours after, 1 week after, 4 weeks after…what is the ACTUAL rule?
