How to withdraw a claim due to incorrect filing?

As the title suggests, I filed a baggage delay claim as the airline I was flying mishandled my bag for over a week. I used the app to file but even though I deleted the images I was trying to combine into one file, when I submitted the claim it still showed they were there. I want to avoid a hassle and just file again properly. Any ideas on how to withdraw a claim? Much appreciate any answers.
