Brooks 16 Weatherized

I just picked up a pair of Brooks Ghost 16 Weatherized for a daily runner. I have the Nike Vomero 18’s which are AMAZING, but I wanted another shoe that I can wear for wet, rainy conditions (I live in a rainforest). My initial thoughts after about 20-30 miles in them is that they really hurt the arches of my feet. I never had this issue in the Vomero 18’s. Anyone else have this problem? Is it just a matter of breaking them in more? Let me know!
