What parts of high school maths and physics should i study for phys 1a and maths 1a for engineering?

Hi, I'm entering unsw engo this year and during high school I only did Maths advanced and not physics nor extension 1 math. I'm not really keen on doing the bridging course tbh as it seems like a massive time commitment so to prepare, what modules/topics of high school maths extension 1 and physics should I study to prepare? Thanks!
