What to do on a Monday

Hey guys, the title pretty much explains itself. I live downtown, and occasionally I have family come to visit but more often than not they end up coming on a Monday or a Sunday, and not much is open downtown. What are your favorite places to visit or show people on a Monday in Columbia? Bonus points if it's open during MLK day
