How do I stop master baiting

So I 16m feel like I have an addiction to porn and I feel like it’s harming my relationship with my girlfriend and I feel like whenever I try to stop master baiting I can’t I go for a day or to and I fuck up and do it again and it’s just a never ending cycle, and the worst part is I don’t know if it’s actually fucking up the relationship or it’s in my head and we have a healthy relationship please help me in anyways or form I need it so bad.
