Won a Free Cruise with Casino Points but Forgot to Check Mail Before Disembarking. How Do I Redeem?

Hey everyone, hoping someone here has experience with Norwegian Casinos at Sea.

I just got off a Norwegian sailing and earned a little over 2,000 casino points. I was told this qualified me for a complimentary cruise, but I completely forgot to check my stateroom mailbox before getting off the ship. Nothing is showing in my NCL account yet, so I am not sure how to actually redeem the offer.

A few questions I am hoping someone can help with:

• How do you normally redeem the free casino cruise if you missed the onboard mailer • Does it usually show up in your Latitudes or casino offers online later • What are the usual stipulations on these free cruises? Taxes, fees, blackout dates, cabin types, etc.

We are specifically hoping to book a Greek Isles cruise that is around $1,000 USD retail. I know some casino offers limit ship class or itinerary, so curious if anyone has used a casino offer for Europe.

Also, my girlfriend received a separate $500 off cruise promotion. Does anyone know if casino comp offers can be combined with other promos like this for an upgrade or higher category cabin?
