Upcoming business trip, need restaurant suggestions please!

I'm coming in for work for a few days. I'll need a few dinner ideas. I am vegetarian (vegan in Wisconsin sounds sad). My dad is from WI but didn't frequent La Crosse enough to give me any ideas. Also, anything worth seeing after 5pm on weekdays? Thanks!
