More information about the C20 LMIA exempt visa

Hello, I'm beginning the process for the C20 visa. My employer will support it but there is some confusion about what proof the company needs to show in terms of reciprocity.

Is it as strict as a Canadian must be working in my home country in an office of my employer. Or, is it just needing to demonstrate they allow their Canadian employees to work globally and remote with proof of some doing so?

If anyone has been through this process and can share what kind of proof was required that would be helpful. Thanks!
