Glitch with fish net completion time?

Has anyone noticed that or am I reading it wrong. Is says it takes 4 and something hours long but when I send it into the water it says over 19 hours?

Someone brought up a similar issue with strawberry jam and commenters are saying it’s a glitch, which reminded me to ask this.
