Free autotune plugins that allow for specific note assignment?

I cannot find any free plugins that allow you to see vocal notes on a timeline and move them to the pitch you want. I tried downloading what I thought was ReaTune, but it gave me a bunch of other plugins. Anyone have a good reliable and free one?
