Kirkland Callback->offer

I know this is annoying but I would love to hear people’s thoughts:

Top 5% at strong regional T100 school Kirkland has a ≈ 80% cb-offer conversion rate Applied general corporate with no finance/econ experience Lots of work experience (data, tech) Solid interviews (I think) Strong undergrad school and GPA

Considering the above do you think an offer is likely? I’m mostly worried that past hires from my school have had strong econ backgrounds while I do not. I’m hoping my gpa will push me through especially because I received my callback after submitting grades. Does anyone have any insight? pls help a guy out. Thanks!
