Pending chsrges

Can you help me understand this? I’ve had a history of overdrafting and I’m actively trying to get better. I track how much I spend every day, and now I’m working on tracking autopayments too.

When I look at my bank account, I see pending charges. How should I track those? Do they count as today’s spending, or tomorrow’s?
