Trying to get small business consulting group off the ground
My friend and I are starting a US-based automation consultancy called FlowPoint Group, and we’re trying to make sure we’re solving real problems.
We’re focusing on helping small businesses cut down on admin like manual invoicing, CRM updates, follow-ups, and inventory management. Basically, all the B.S. that owners don't have time for.
We’re trying to validate a few specific ideas and would love your honest feedback on which of these sounds most useful (or if we're totally off base):
• Integrating different data sources to avoid things falling through the cracks
• Lead auto-responses so quotes convert to revenue
• Cleaning up file organization automatically for your and your employee’s ease of use
• Fixing scheduling back-and-forth through automatic scheduling and reminders
We aren't selling anything yet; we’re just looking for a handful of businesses to work with for free in exchange for honest feedback/case studies. We want to see what actually moves the needle in the real world.
If you’re open to letting us take a crack at your "busy work," feel free to comment or you can find more info on what we're building at flowpointgroup.com.
Happy to answer any questions or just take general advice from anyone who has scaled a consultancy before!
