He peed on his brother

I caught my 9 year old peeing on his little brother. After I gave him a little tap on the bottom and made him stay off all electronics, I asked why he would do such a thing and he told me because he was angry little brother was going to tattle that he’d hit him for fun, needless to say he still got in trouble 😩.
